In my 20s, I lived a life full of curiosity through studying abroad, working, and corporate jobs. In my 30s, I moved to the United States and became a full-time housewife after giving birth to two daughters.
The first major obstacle I encountered was losing myself. While I had a small hope of becoming independent again, I didn’t know where to begin or if it was even possible at the time. I almost gave up. However, when I started working again, I became too obsessed with my job that I couldn’t focus on my family, which was the most important thing.
The solution to my conflicts was acquiring an international coaching certification. I learned coaching based on psychology and neuroscience in the cutting-edge country of America and incorporated it into myself. This allowed me to get rid of my doubts. At the same time, I realized that the cause of losing myself, not being able to balance work and family, and not being able to move forward was within myself. If I changed my way of thinking, I could live my own life. It was a moment of liberation.
Now, I use my experience and skills to help people with their unique life success stories.
